Yes we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee on the Network and VPS hardware node the contains your VPS. As long as you can reach the network and the server then we have done our part. What goes inside your VPs is up to you.
▶ Do I get root access to my VPS?
By default you will get root, SSH, or RDP access. If you prefer WebNow to manage your server for you then your root access will be revoked.
▶ Are VPS accounts backed up as part of your service?
No, but we do offer a backup service you can addon that is very affordable. We do recommend that every client have backups of any data they deem important or essential to their website, business, or life.
▶ What is the difference between a VPS and shared hosting?
VPS is an isolated environment with your own resources whereas in a shared hosting environment the server resources are shared among all accounts on the server.
