Email that is identified as possible SPAM is caught in a special quarantine area on our Mail Cleaner servers.
You should receive at least one email per day with a list of the email messages that we are holding in your quarantine area.
To access the quarantine area simply follow the instructions contained in the email or alternatively follow this process:
